This is the original dual speaker assembly. Designed to allow stereo operation in vehicles with only a single speaker opening, this allows both channels to be heard from a single location. We recommend the DVC speaker described above for most applications; however in vehicles where a DVC may not fit properly, or if you're on a budget, this speaker design may be the best solution. They are available with Custom Autosound speakers, ($29.95 for 100 Series, or $34.95 for bracketed 2000 Series) or with Kenwood upgrade speakers ($69.95 for 100 Series, $74.95 for bracketed 2000 Series).

Note: Non- Super Sport models use CAM-1013 or KNW-1013. Super Sport models with OEM stereo may have a clearance problem due to instrumentation. We have been informed that the KNW-1013 will fit these models, however clearance is tight -- do not allow instrument circuitry to touch the speaker housings.

These speakers offer the best possible solution for vehicles with a single dash location. Consisting of a single woofer and two tweeters, they offer much improved bass response over the dual speaker assemblies. These are also great for front/rear speaker applications with four channel stereos; connect both left channels to the front, both right channels to the rear, and you'll have full stereo with the full output power of the stereo. Plus, these are available individually, eliminating the need to purchase a pair of speakers when only one is needed of any particular size. The price for any size standard-mount speaker (3000 Series) is $44.95. Some vehicles require mounting brackets; bracketed speakers (4000 Series) are $49.95.
