Shipping address is shown below, but first, there are two important requirements:
1. Please, please, please, for your own sake, pack the radio carefully! I cannot stress this enough! Nobody wants damage -- it's NEARLY ALWAYS the result of poor packing. If the box is too small, or if the radio is allowed to bounce around inside the box, you're asking for trouble.
How NOT to pack a radio:

By some miracle this radio arrived safely. If this package were to shift on the airplane or truck, or take a little shock on a conveyor those knob shafts would take the full brunt of the impact. If the box is dropped on the "front", damage would be inevitable.

In the case of the T-Bird, a new shaft had to be machined ($50). The Mustang AM/FM stereo was returned unusable. The 1948 Chrysler was a sad tale -- a finished conversion that was returned to me because he had questions about how to set the pushbuttons. Whether sending it back would accomplish anything is debatable, but he insisted -- and assured me that he would pack it well. It was sent in the box shown, US Postal Service, uninsured. It was a 100% total loss. Even the new PCB inside was damaged.
Now that I've got your attention, this can be avoided by taking a few simple steps. First -- use a box that allows AT LEAST 2, preferably 3 inches of space on all sides, front and back, top and bottom. If you don't have such a box handy, get one -- it's easier to find another box than another radio. Many are tempted to use "Special Rate" boxes that are too small -- refer to the above photos. Fill the box with packing material -- bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts are best, but use something that allows shock cushioning while not adding significantly to the weight of the package. Before sealing the box, close and shake it -- if anything moves, open it back up and add packing. It should feel tight, like a solid brick, when finished. If in doubt, have it professionally packed by a UPS Store or similar packing service.
2. PLEASE enclose a note so we know who the radio belongs to!

This is a no-brainer -- if you want your radio back, we simply need to know where to send it! However some people forget. Above are three "mystery radios" that sat on the shelf until the owners called. For your convenience, CLICK HERE for a handy form you can print and fill out -- this will ensure we have all the information we need to do the job correctly and return it to the proper place.
Regarding payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover -- to send information by secure e-mail, click here. We can also take a check. The amount for most radios within the US is the price listed above plus $16 return shipping and insurance. Florida residents add 7% sales tax.
Note: as of 8/21/2009 our address has changed. The old Shopping Avenue address will remain active for a couple of months, so mail and shipments will continue to be picked up without forwarding. However it's wise to make note of the change.
