Reservations require a 50% deposit.

receive 10% off, Sunday through Thursday only.
Holidays not included.

There is a two night minimum for holiday weekends and during Peanutfest.
Holidays that require at least a two night stay:

Check in between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Check out by 11am.
No check in after 7 p.m. without prior arrangements.
Check in after 10 p.m. will
include a $25 service charge.
Late check out by prior arrangement only.
Proper identification is required upon check in.
Cancellation made 30 days or more before date of arrival, deposit is completely refunded.
Cancellation made between 3 and 30 days before arrival date will receive a gift certificate in the full amount of deposit.
Cancellation 3 days or less from date of arrival will not be able to be refunded.

Smoking is permitted on the porches
and deck only.
No open flames are allowed within Carriage House. Fireplaces and candles within guestrooms are for ornamental purposes only.
Children under twelve are not permitted without prior approval.
Children of all ages must be attended by parents at all times.
Child Care is not provided.
Pets are not allowed.
