All media (photos, tapes, films, recordings, etc.) are the exclusive property of the customer.  Carrigan Photo returns all original media and digitized transcriptions (DVDs, CDs, and prints) to the customer.  We do not make copies for ourselves, nor do we sell, distribute, or divulge the contents of customer media to third parties.
