Here's the pan after installing the pan halves, including grinding the spot welds, stripping the original "e" coat, seam
sealing, priming, sanding and applying 2 coats of Sikkens Black single-stage.
Pan is now 80% assembled...
Some rot is uncovered after sandblasting.
Here she is after lots of body work and a first coat of primer.
Before the next coat of primer, it's time for four new fenders...
