Several attempts to use gravity feed filtration essentially failed as the return fluid would not pass through the 25 & 10 micron filters fast enough to keep up with coolant stream. A Pondmaster 140 gpm pump is being used, which lifts a 3/8" stream to the grinding head. Magnets provide for partial capture of swarf.
