Vice

I've "saved" several vice (old & USA made) over the years. This usually involved machining the movable jaw casting hole round for the shaft, making a bearing, sometimes building up the shaft's bearing area, cleaning and painting. Occasionally a part has to be made in addition to the bearing.
 
Here is my 95# Wilton 8" Tradesman. I'm still using nuts until I clean up the locking handles for the swivel.
