Each year, NHBW, Inc District of Columbia Chapter awards a $1000 scholarship to a college-bound DC public school student.  Students are required to write a 500 word essay, demonstrate financial need, and be accepted to an accredited college or university.  For more information contact DC Public School Office of Student Affairs or contact our Scholarship Chair, Judye Figueroa at nhbwdchapter@verizon.net
