This field is located on the hilltop campus of Montana Tech, a unit of the University of Montana. The Orediggers use it for football, but they do not currently have a baseball team. Butte is known for its copper mines, and one of the city's attractions is the Copper King Mansion, about a mile from campus.
While the field is in good shape (despite standing water from a rainstorm earlier on the day I visited), the facility does not even meet the standards of the Pioneer League, and I can see why the team left Butte. A look at the dugout (right) should give you a good clue. In addition, parking and seating are both limited.
