- Opened: 1964 (renovated 2003)
- Home team: Phoenix Giants (1966-85), Firebirds (1986-91), Pacific Coast League; spring training, Oakland Athletics (1982-present); Phoenix Desert Dogs, Arizona Fall League
- Capacity: 8,500
Phoenix Municipal Stadium hosted the Phoenix Firebirds of the Pacific Coast League for a quarter-century, until they moved up the road a ways to Scottsdale Stadium. It is still used for both spring training and the Arizona Fall League.
While I was not able to get into Phoenix Muni during my April 2004 visit, I was able to get a few decent angles from beyond the fence.
