On A Personal Note...

Chichi currently resides in Yardley with his wife, Sabrina. In his "free time" (as if there is any such thing) he works on business development and training and mentoring professionals starting businesses. He is also active in his local church and plays several musical instruments at a professional level of proficiency. He and Sabrina love to travel and spend time with family. He credits one of his professors from Rider University, with opening his eyes to the possibility of successfully working for himself by telling him "when deciding what you want to do for the rest of your life, keep in mind that, ideally, your choice of career should make sense in the context of everything else that you want to do. Think about what else is important to you."

Colleen was the first member selected to join the team, and of the dozens of the applicants considered for the position, Colleen stood out as the most qualified and the candidate best suited for the role.

Colleen serves on the team in the role of Residential Purchasing Specialist. In this role, she provides specialized services, tailored to the rapidly changing needs of home buyers. As a result, she is able to offer a unique and exceptional purchasing experience.

Colleen presently resides in Langhorne with her loving husband Ron, her three children, Zachary, Bethany, Emily and  the newest addition to their family, their dog, Jasper. Colleen is known for her brilliant sense of humor and her consistently positive attitude. In her free time, she enjoys writing and traveling. She is highly involved with her local church, choir and other community activities. She is also an acclaimed singer and is the office favorite to bring home the gold at this year's annual Board of REALTORS American Idol competition!

Prior to joining the Chichi Ahia Group, Kim was an Account Executive with Comcast Communications breaking numerous sales and performance records in the Eastern Division. She decided to make a career change after working with Chichi to personally purchase several investment properties, including properties in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia as well as in the Pocono mountains. Through this process, Kim developed a passion not only for investing in real estate, but also for helping  others accomplish the same.

Fittingly, Kim Joins the team in the role of Residential Investment Strategist. In this role, Kim, together with Chichi, will work diligently to provide individuals looking to enter the real estate investment arena with one of the most exhaustive resources banks for investors ever produced within a residential brokerage.

Kim currently resides in Bensalem. She love music and loves going to concerts. She has even been known to play a song or two on the guitar. She also loves acting, and if you look hard enough you may have seen her in a few movies such as the Sixth Sense and the upcoming Our Lady of Victory, as well as a few episodes of Cold Case.
