This time will include an orientation of how to use the coach and a full condition assessment. The check-in of the motorhome upon return will usually take about a 1/2 hour as well. This check-in includes a damage assessment and completion of rental documents.

What are the pick-up/drop-off times?  Usually after 6:00 pm.  Times should be arranged in advance.

Do I need a special driver's license to drive the RV?  No; however, you must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license.  You are also required to be listed on the insurance binder and on the rental contract.

Am I required to get Insurance on the motorhome?   Yes.  Full coverage insurance is required for your protection as well as ours.  You must get a binder from your insurance company, and we must receive it prior to your departure date.  Please contact us for the binder request form that your insurance company will need.  If your insurance company won't provide the binder, we can now add you to our policy for $25 per day.  The motorhome cannot be taken outside the continental United States.

How many people can ride in the motorhome?  There are 7 seatbelts, so up to 7 people can ride inside the motorhome.

What items are included with the motorhome and what do I need to bring?  Our motorhome is equipped with basic cooking and cleaning supplies which includes pot, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, broom, mop, etc....  There are some dishes, cups, utensils, also included, however, we recommend that you bring paper plates, plastic eating utensils, plastic cups, so can can just throw them away after meals instead of having to wash them.

Where do I dump the motorhome's storage tanks?  Most campgrounds have their own dump stations, but here's a list of some dump stations sorted by state:  http://www.sanidumps.com/sanidumps_usamerica.php
