How long
will it take to check the motorhome in or
out? Please allow a minimum of 1/2 hour for
the check out of the motorhome upon your arrival. This time
will include an orientation of how to use the coach and a
full condition assessment. The check-in of the motorhome
upon return will usually take about a 1/2 hour as
well. This check-in includes a damage assessment and
completion of rental
documents.
What are the pick-up/drop-off
times? Usually after 6:00 pm. Times
should be arranged in advance.
Do
I need a special driver's license to drive the
RV? No; however, you must be at least
25 years of age and have a valid drivers license. You
are also required to be listed on the insurance binder
and on the rental contract.
Am
I required to get Insurance on the
motorhome? Yes. Full coverage
insurance is required for your protection as well as
ours. You must get a binder from your insurance
company, and we must receive it prior to your
departure date. Please contact us for the binder
request form that your insurance company will need.
If your insurance company won't provide the binder, we can
now add you to our policy for $25 per day.
The motorhome cannot be taken
outside the continental United
States.
How many people can ride in the
motorhome? There are 7 seatbelts, so up
to 7 people can ride inside the
motorhome.
Can I park my vehicle at your
location while on my trip? Yes. There
is no extra charge extra for this, however, we are not
responsible for your vehicle or its
contents.
What happens if I get a flat
tire or have other mechanical problems? Our
motorhome is relatively new, so you shouldn't have any
technical problems, but should something happen, you are
covered by Coach-Net®. Coach-Net® is a premium roadside assistance
company.
What items are included with
the motorhome and what do I need to bring?
Our motorhome is equipped with basic cooking and
cleaning supplies which includes pot, pans, cooking
utensils, toaster, coffee maker, broom, mop, etc....
There are some dishes, cups, utensils, also included,
however, we recommend that you bring paper
plates, plastic eating utensils, plastic cups, so can can
just throw them away after meals instead of having to wash
them.
Where do I dump the motorhome's
storage tanks? Most campgrounds have their
own dump stations, but here's a list of some dump stations
