Rentals - Rates
& Fees
COSTS/FEES:
-
Daily
Rental Rate = $185.00 per day. There is
a 3 day minimum. SPECIAL: If
you rent for at least 7 days, you will receive
a discounted rate of $175 per
day. All kitchen items
(pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, microwave,
etc.) are included at no extra charge. Rate
includes 100 free miles per day. Miles over the 100
free per day are charged at $.45 - $1.50 per
mile.

Reservation Deposit = $250.00.
This is used as
your down payment and is required to secure your
reservation. The full payment is due,
if less than 30 days before your departure
date.

Security
Deposit = $1,000.00.
The security
deposit will be returned
to you within 14 business days after the
motorhome has been returned, provided the
motorhome is returned in the same condition
as when it was picked up. Any damage, missing
items, extra mileage, generator use, etc.,
will be deducted from the security deposit.
If your charges exceed the security deposit,
you will be responsible for paying the excess
balance owed. A refund or extra charges will
be detailed on the adjusted rental agreement
that will be sent to you.

Payment / Cancellation
Policy: The
estimated
payment, including security deposit, is due
30 days prior to your pick-up
date. We accept Personal
Checks, Cashier's Checks, Visa, &
Mastercard. If your reservation is
canceled 30 days or more prior to your
pick-up date, you will receive a full refund,
less a $100.00 handling fee. If the
reservation is canceled 29 days or less prior
to your pick-up date, your entire deposit is
forfeited.

Late
Fee: A
$250.00 late
fee, in addition to the daily
rate, will be charged if the motorhome is not
returned on agreed day and
time.
REQUIREMENTS:

Insurance: Rental
insurance is required. It is $20.00 per day
to be added to our policy.

Credit
Card: A major credit card must be on
file with us. It is used for verification purposes
and will not be charged without your
knowledge.

Driver
Requirements: All drivers must be 25
years of age or older and have a valid driver's.
They are required to be listed on the rental
contract, and be present at pick-up.
OTHER
FEES:
-
Toilet
Paper & Chemicals:
$2.50 per
day. This is a required fee
that provides the special toilet paper/chemicals
needed to protect the motorhome's plumbing. Please
do not use your own toilet paper, because this
could cause a blockage, and you would be
responsible for any costs to fix
it.

Artic
Package (winterization fee):
$10.00 per day.
This is charged on all rentals occuring
from October 1 through April 30. Motorhomes must be
winterized during the colder months to protect the
pipes from freezing.

Cleaning: You will be
charged a $100.00
cleaning fee if the motorhome
interior or exterior is not cleaned upon
return.

Dumping: You will be
charged a $100.00
dumping fee if the motorhome's
holding tanks are not emptied upon
return.

Gasoline: You will be
charged $6.00 per
gallon of gas plus a $25.00
service fee if
the gas tank is not full upon
return.

Propane: You will be charged
$6.00 per gallon of
propane plus
a $25.00 service
fee if the propane tank
is not full upon return

Pets/Smoking:
Sorry,
No Pets or
Smoking allowed inside the
motorhome. If evidence of
either is found inside the motorhome, you will be
charged a $250 service
fee, in addition to the cost to clean and sanitize
the motorhome. Please keep doors and windows
closed around campfires!

Roof:
The Roof is OFF
LIMITS! A $250 fee will
apply if the roof is damaged, in addition to
the repair costs. Not only is it extremely
dangerous for someone to be on the roof, it can
also be easily damaged.

Awning:
The Awning is also OFF
LIMITS! Sorry, but it
can also be easily damaged, and it
is very expensive to repair/replace. A
$250 fee will apply if tampered with or
damaged, in addition to the repair costs. If
you need shade, we suggest bringing a
canopy.
OPTIONAL
ITEMS:

Generator:
$3.00 per
hour.
This will be
deducted from your security deposit when you
return the RV.
The generator allows you to
use the electrical items (such as the
microwave, TV, or any of the electrical
outlets) in the motorhome, when you aren't
connected to electricity. A lot of
campgrounds have sites with electric
hook-ups, so you probably won't need the
generator when staying at a
campground.

Bed/Bath
Kit: $10.00 per
day. The bed/bath package
includes sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, wash
cloths for up to 5 people. Please be sure to let us
know that you need these items when requesting a
quote.

Tow
Dolly: $30.00 per
day. The tow dolly allows you
to tow your car behind the motorhome. This one-axle
tow dolly can tow a maximum of 3500
lbs.

Portable
GPS: $12.00 per
day. If lost of damaged, you will be
charged a $250.00 fee.
