confessions expert, Saul Kassin, responding to the argument that videotaping interrogations will hamper law enforcement: "What
a tape will do is enable judge and jury to get it right." Videotaping will not prevent law enforcement from procuring
confessions, but it will reduce the number of false confessions and wrongful convictions based on false confessions.
