I welcome yesterday's Supreme Court decision striking down a sentence
of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for juveniles who commit crimes other than homicide. My awareness
of the frequency of false confessions, with juveniles particularly vulnerable to give them, no doubt colors my views
on this issue.
