The install program loads the TalkingLogBook files and the OmniRig helper program.
Version 1.03 and higher has the voice command experimental features enabled. Version 1.04 has extensive menu driven functions
and an html version of the Help files readible with most screen readers.
TalkingLogBook works with Windows Xp or any version of Windows 98 or higher provided that the Microsoft
Speech Engine is also installed on the PC. Windows Xp includes the speech engine as part of the operating system. The
logbook does NOT work with Windows 95.
To use TalkingLogBook with the automatic frequency and mode features; you will need to configure
OmniRig / TalkingLogBook to work with your radio. Detailed instructions are provided in the TalkingLogBook
Help file. Review the section titled Configuration.
