Who Can Use TalkingLogBook
Effectively?
TalkingLogBook was initially designed for the visually impaired. Blind radio amateurs may find the program
useful. Large standard fonts can be "magnified" for other users. The speech capability may be useful to either blind or visually
impaired individuals. Extensive menu driven functions were added in Version 1.04 to make it easier for blind individuals
to navigate. Its ability to be controlled with voice commands may make it useful for individuals who are unable to use
a PC keyboard.
