I started collecting O-gauge trains after
taking a cross-country trip on Amtrak during the Summer of '98. Later that Fall, I saw the Amtrak Genesis passenger
set, made by Mike's Electric Trains (MTH), at a local toy show & sale. I'd previously dabbled in HO & N scales,
but I just had to have this set!! The toy train bug had bitten.
