I keep no inventory and make no profit from reproducing this book.  Upon request I have it reproduced from a master copy.  It is then bound in two volume's, a main text and an index which makes it easier to use.  Be advised that errors are known to exist.

As of 11/99 the cost of reproduction and binding was $30.00.  Shipping via Priority Mail is an additional
