Payment Instructions We accept Paypal and money orders only. You will receive a notification email when your order has been recieved. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment received. If payment is made by money order, please send money orders to: The Witches Cottage 17365 NW Gold Canyon Lane Beaverton, OR. 97006. Shipment will be made after money order clears.

Shipping Information All items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment clears. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped or we will notify you by e-mail of our inability to perform your request. Order processing delays can be experienced if we have to verify your billing address. Please allow up to 3 weeks on custom made items. FREE SHIPPING wihtin the US on orders above $100.00 only. Shipping fees will be applied to the total order. A $10.00 shipping fee MAY be added for Brooms shipped east of the Mississippi river. Shipping Rates via UPS Priority

Terms & Conditions Prices for all listed items are in U.S. dollars. We accept Paypal and money orders only. Payments made by money order will be shipped after money order clears. All items are hand made and therefore all items may differ slightly from the sample pictures. Fresh lavender and herbs are available only during the growing season. Therefore lavender and herbs will be shipped in dried form. All custom made items will ship approximately 1 to 3 weeks after payment is received, depending on the item. All items may be customized by request.

Return Policy If you are dissatisfied with the item you purchased, we will gladly refund your money, less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. No returns allowed on damaged items. The Buyer must pay shipping and freight on returned items. Please send an e-mail to The Witches Cottage describing why you wish to return the item(s). We will respond with an authorization number and additional return and shipping instructions. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refunds even on orders that have qualified for free shipping. If a package is delivered which you feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we ask that you let us know so that we may properly process damage claims with the carrier. If an item is missing from your order, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.
