NCAE has met or exceeded its three main goals related to ESP's. The Association
won major victories that include:
1 - A miniumum base salary of $20,112 for full-time ESP's
2 - Progress toward a salary schedule for ESP's
3 - Recognition that ESP salaries should meet a "living wage"
standard.
