Projects of the Edinboro Rotary Club
AMBA Blood Screening Program: An annual health screening program which includes the standard blood testing and optional tests for colon-rectal cancer, Cardio CRP and PSA. The screening is held in late September or early October.
Clothes for Kids: An annual program, in cooperation with other organizations, to provide coats for needy children in the local school districts.
RYLA: The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards program sends one or two local high school students to a several day leadership workshop.
ROVA: The Rotary Outstanding Vocational Awards program sends one or two area vocational students to a leadership workshop.
YOUTH EXCHANGE: Since 1927, students and host families all over the world have had their horizons broadened and their lives enriched by the generosity of Rotary's Youth Exchange program. Administered by Rotary clubs, districts and multidistrict groups, the program today involves more than 82 countries and over 8,000 students each year.
Educational Mini-Grants: This program provides small grants to local teachers for various educational activities or projects.
Road Clean Up: Twice a year the club cleans up a section of Route 99 North of Edinboro.
