We rent White Rocks Cottage by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available from late May until
mid October. Weekend rentals may be available early or late in the season. Please compare our rates to other similar
waterfront cottages in mid-coast Maine. We think you'll find White Rocks Cottage is an outstanding value.
2009 Rates:
May, June, September, October: $700 per week
July and August: $800 per week.
We do not require a security deposit or charge a cleaning fee. To reserve your week(s), we require a 50% deposit
be received within two weeks of making your reservation.
A free pass to Reid State Park is provided with the cottage rental.
Personal checks are accepted. No credit cards.
Check-in time is 2 pm on Saturday.

Refunds
Customers often ask what our deposit refund policy is. Reservation deposits protect both the renter and the rental property
owner. Should you need to change your vacation plans, we will completely refund your reservation deposit if we are able to
rent the cottage to another customer for the week(s) that you reserved.
