in complex financing transactions that utilize a variety of federal, state, and local incentives - including New
Markets Tax Credits, federal and state Historic Tax Credits, and other subsidy programs.
The firm's role is usually to structure, negotiate, and close real
estate financing packages, while taking advantage of all available subsidies and tax benefits. The firm helps its clients
to direct and manage the attorneys and accountants involved in each transaction, to ensure that the client's business interests
are fully reflected by the deal documents and financial projections.
Mr. Moss brings extensive experience in urban planning, community and economic
development, and real estate finance - as well as solid relationships with the leading urban developers, financial intermediaries,
and institutional investors in the industry. Mr. Moss has personally closed over $175 million in financing for a wide
range of projects that helped to revitalize urban and rural communities.
