Honest Monkey is a little slow to catch on sometimes. He really just discovered online comics in 2005, even though many have been around for many years. In typical fashion, he would go back and spend a few days reading all of the archives for a newly discovered site. For many of them, it's the prefered way of reading them.
Anyway, here are some of his favorite online comics:

Wonderful artwork and beautiful story, and vice versa. Copper is great. Responsible for the "Flight" books. |
Never been to New York, but Honest Monkey bets it's just this funny. Artist is doing other stuff now, still does the occasional ALP. |

This started out as a bunch of really funny (true) stories about a guy who runs a video game rental store in Canada. Here's the original site: Acts Of Gord |
Sam and Max at Telltale games. SAM AND MAX! They are great - what are you waiting for? Go, GO! |
Surely you've heard of this one. |
Another gamer comic, but funny as all hell. Has animation even, if you want to pay for it. |
Honest Monkey used to play D & D a long time ago. We never had this much fun. Recommended even if you don't particularly like D & D. |
Honest Monkey isn't much into indie rock, so he don't always get the jokes, but it's funny anyway. |
Honest Monkey loves this comic. It is suggested that you start from the beginning for best effect. |
Fun in outer space, in a museum. |
Seriously twisted, or something. |
The guy's won an Eisner for gosh sakes. This is the grand-daddy of all online comics, more or less. |

Haven't found a graphic for this yet. Download! Store! |

This one is a bit bizarre and off the wall, and awesome. Wicked awesome. Updates are now sporadic. |
This is slightly surreal, but fun nonetheless. On hiatus. |
Great fun. No updates in a long while. |
Well drawn and fun. Hasn't updated in a while. Some stories in the "Flight" series. |
