BAKE SALE FUNDRAISER - July 25th at IGA at Davis Creek - 10:30 am - 2:00 pm. We
need all types of baked goods. See Mark, Amanda or Emily with any questions or to volunteer. Attention Youth, this fundraiser
is for your benefit and you are expected to participate.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 14 - our youth will be attending a special youth service at the Temple of Priase (Hurricane)
Church of God. Pastor Wall will be providing more deails in the near future.
BACK TO SCHOOL YOUTH WEEKEND OF FESTIVITIES - Begin to gear up now for our Back-to-School Weekend
of festivities August 14-16th. Friday, Aug 14 - Middle School/High School Activity/Service. Saturday, Aug
15 a.m. Kids' Activity/Service. Sunday, Aug 16th - Operation Backpack.
ELIZABETH BARNETT 's wedding is on Saturday August 22nd.
WV WOMEN'S CONFERENCE - September 17-19, Family Worship Center, Beckley WV. If anyone is interested
in attending this event please see Alberta so that a list of attendees, plans and costs can be determined.
CALL FOR TEACHERS - If you are interested in helping out with teaching a class one day
each month, please see Alberta. Men and women alike are needed. Please pray about this important need and lend your talents
and spiritual insight to others. You will be blessed.
NEEDED: Dianna needs any and all old (or new) CD's or DVD's you have to donate. They will be
used for a craft during our Back-to-School Weekend.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL - Believe it or not, August is just around the corner. Be watching for sales
on school supplies. In the next couple of weeks, we will be postin ghe needed supplies for this year's OPERATION BACKPACK.
Basic supplies are always needed, so feel free to go ahead and purchase items you may see on sale.
A NOTE FROM PASTOR WALL - As summer approaches finances seem to take a different turn. Please
continue to bless the Lord with your gifts of financial support for the ministries here. You are a wonderful group of people,
don't allow the enemy to steal your blessings. Not already a monetary supporter? Now is an awesome time to start.
