The Following is a list items that have been a problem in the past.

Each Manager is expected to know and understand Cal Ripken Rules and only the Manager may appeal a rule to the umpire.

Pitching:  No pitcher shall pitch more than 6 innings in any two successive games within the same tournament level. It was voted on by league presidents not to reset the pitching at the next level. Pitching will carry though from the start of the tournament to the end of double elimination round.

Uniforms:  All players, Managers, Coaches and bat boy must be in full team uniform.  Only the manager, players and two coaches are allowed in the dugout with the exception of the Tournament Director, Umpires, Med Staff, Field Staff and Commissioners.

Lineup Cards:

On all lineup cards will be the following:

Team Name, Date of game, Manager and both Coaches’ names. Uniform Number, players first and last name and field position. All substitutes with name and numbers, the official team scorer and protest committee member. PRINTED NEATLY!!  One copy goes to each of the following. Home Plate Umpire, Official Score Keeper, Opponent, and announcer.

For Official Line-up cards see the Commissioners or the Tournament Director.

Official Score Book: Managers must have their lineup with their Protest Committee Member on it to the OSB table one hour before the game. This has been a problem in the last couple of years.
