2004 Regular Season: Redskins (16) vs. Bucs (10) - Welcome back, Joe Gibbs!

Quality: Excellent+

The second era of Gibbs gets off to a good start here, but, in all honesty, the warning signs for what was to come were apparent, particularly a mediocre at best passing game. Still, the intensity in this game is contagious, especially when Portis makes his first carry as a Redskin a huge TD run. The defense is the real star here, though, harrassing Brad Johnson all day. What's not to like about that?
