| 2004 - Vikings (18 ) at Redskins (21) |

| Probably the best win of the year for the Skins. The Redskins have nothing to play for but pride in this, the last game of the season. But the explosive Vikings must win to keep their playoff fate out of the hands of another team.
A great return on the opening kickoff by newcomer Antonio Brown sets the tone of the game, as the Redskins dominate, with the defense, as usual, showing why they're ranked in the top three league-wide. The Vikings make a comeback at the end to get the score closer, but it's too little too late. Of note is controversial WR Randy Moss walking off the field before the game is actually over, much to the chagrin of his coach and fellow players. No class. Anyway, a good way to end a disappointing season, hopefully showing what might be in 2005. |
