Perhaps Gibbs' best ever coaching achievement, getting these no-names to play and beat the veteran-laden Cowboys squad. Dallas may have beaten us a lot over the last few years, but this one game is more humiliating than all those losses combined. And the thing is, the score shouldn't have even been this close (13-7). The "Scabskins" fumbled away many possessions inside the red zone. Still, they held on and won, and Gibbs is carried off the field like it's the Super Bowl. The movie "The Replacements" was based on this squad.
