This app converts a dataBase file like W9ZRX`s VHF.dtb
to an ADIF file like vhf4k.adi used as a callsign
search file in VHFLOG and KMRover loggers. Select the
`From Database` radio button.

However, files like VHF.dtb need to be converted first by
loading and re-saving them in XP NotePad, which will put the
file in a space delimited database format like VHF.dba
N4ZZ          EM66        NJ2F          EL96

After a contest, to use this software to update an ADIF lookup
file like vhf4k.adi from your VHF Cabrillo logs, select the
`From Cabrillo` button. Change the column IDs as necessary.
