If my update is tagged as `updated 13 May 08`, at least 1 file in that download
archive should be that date. If not, you probably are seeing an older file that is
stored on your PC.

Close the browser. Go to Start|Search|For Files or Folders... Set the option to search
hidden files and folders and search for the update file. Delete all instances in the
displayed search window. Download the file again.
