N-QSO rule, N=2 or 3:
Stations that did not submit a log and are not in at least N logs are
deemed not in the contest and their QSOs are not counted.


5 minute rule:
During Cross Checking, QSOs that are more than 5 minutes apart are
considered not a match - NIL.


Supports 2 profile Ini:
In auto batch run of DX and State QP contest, scoring can be different
for `home` and `away/DX` stations. This requires 2 profile Ini files.
