Full Windows install files vs. upgrade only files

° When the download link is clicked, select `Open` or `Run this file` in the dialog window.
If the WinZip target folder displayed is c:\temp - this is a full installation file. Unzip
files to c:\temp. Then use the Start | Run menu and run c:\temp\setup.exe to install
the software.

° When the download link is clicked, select `Open` or `Run this file` in the dialog window.
If the WinZip target folder displayed is other than c:\temp {c:\genlog32, vhflog32, etc.} -
this is an upgrade only. Files will be unzipped to the folder where you first installed
the software {normally in the default folder displayed}. That`s it - upgrade completed.
