Take Boneless breast and beat thin with tenderizing hammer.
Melt margarine in saute pan. Cover breasts with flour and dip into egg wash. Place breast in heated pan saute until brown on one side add garlic. Turn breasts cook about five minutes then add wine and lemon juice. Cook chicken another five minute reduce heat and simmer until breast is done. Remove chicken from pan and set a side. Add pasta to pan toss cook until pasta is heated. Place pasta on plate then cover with Chicken breast.
Cover chicken with vegetable spray and spinkle with cajun seasoning (to taste). Once saute pan is hot place chicken in pan saute until done. Serve's well with vegetable's or rice
Mix soy, worcestershire, vermouth and oil in a medium size bowl add spices mix well. Place steaks in marinade and place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove steak from marinade cook or grill steaks to desired temperature.

Whole Chicken
Cut into 8 or nine Piece's
put into Stock pot Fill with water
Carrots, celery and onion
Two good size carrots, at least two celery stalk's and one Onion
peel carrots and onion add to pot
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Add salt and pepper several times while cooking
Egg noodle's
1 large bag
cooked
Matzo balls
Matza meal
1/2 cup
Add matzo meal to mixing bowl
Salt and Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt and pinch pepper
stir salt and pepper into mixing bowl with matzo
Eggs

In seperate bowl lightly beat eggs
Oil
2 tablespoon's
Mix into bowl with eggs. Slowly stir into to matzo mix
chicken Stock
2 tablespoons
Add Stock to matzo mix put into ice box for at least 20 minutes. Bring pot of water to boil reduce heat add matzo balls pot cook thirty minute add to soup water
Mix Flour, salt & Pepper on plate . Cover chicken breasts with flour mix and suate in olive oil brown on both sides. Add white wine, water and onion soup pack to saute pan. Cook until chicken is white all the way through. serve with two vegetables.
