Author.
Violinist. (And, as should be obvious from the foregoing, Masochist.)
If that isn't enough to warn you off, welcome. Here you will find the
fruit of my labors in all three endeavors.
It's
hard to say which great love came first. I learned to type on my
mother's old pawnshop manual when I was in preschool
(ratta-ratta-bump-ratta-bump-kerching!), and soon was hammering busily
away at stories and plays about Mickey Mouse and other deep matters.

At
the same time, I was begging my parents for a violin. I'd seen the
ecstasy on Itzhak Perlman's face during his televised concerts and
decided I wanted some of what he was having. The folks relented when I
was six.
Since I never had the good sense to stop on either count -- here I be.
I
am available for freelance writing projects in both prose fiction and
comics/manga; I also have some limited availability for game writing
(computer or tabletop). In addition, I welcome freelance
violin and fiddle work in the
Puget Sound area. See the relevant sub-pages of this site for more
details. |

July 21,
2008
At
long last, I've finished the dialogue writing project I've been working
on for Relic Games. NDA forbids me from saying much more, but if all
goes to plan, you should be able to thank (or blame) me for the verbal
style of one of the game's character factions. It has definitely been a
learning experience. And I am muchly looking forward to a break from
peering at zillionXzillion-cell spreadsheets!
You may also have
noticed the new website design. I decided I wanted to get something a
little sleeker-looking. Opinions and comments are quite welcome.
