resources are a wealth of information.

This client wanted access to large commercial databases of foreclosure auction and lis pendens data, and was looking
for a particular real estate news article.
For databases, we steered the client to:
DataQuick -- Obtain Notices of Default, Notices of Trustee Sale, and REOs
as the most comprehensive commercial source, and also noted examples of other national and local sources, such as:
And for the news article, we provided the exact Lexis-Nexis citation that the customer needed.
