Clients use my services because I assist them achieve registration while increasing profit and improving their current business system.† I specializing in improvement of the operations activities of a business.† I have over 30 years of operations experience.† I have worked with all levels of executives at Mattel Inc., Cox Hobbies, Ansen Automotive Engineering, Carrier Corporation, and Accuride International Inc.† Prior to consulting, I held the positions of Director of Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer.† I have a B.S. in management from CSULB and am a member of the Association of Professional Consultants and the American Society for Quality.† I have worked with the ISO standards since 1996 and have implemented ISO 9001 and AS9100 at several sites.† As an individual who used the standard to manage several sites, I know how to assess a company and ensure the implemented system provides value.
