Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
$10 Shipping Fee within a
10 mile radius of our Maplewood, NJ location.
(Applies to the Chiminea and Fire pit products on this site)

Free Ground Shipping on orders
over $99 to the contiguous 48 states. Outside this area, extra charges will have to be applied. You will
be contacted regarding those charges before your order ships.
(Some exceptions apply where noted)

This is the option used for mostly all products we offer. It
is for items that are under 150 lbs. and are deemed by us to be safe to ship through the ground shipping process.

Some of our items are either too heavy to ship via UPS or contain fragile
material such as slate tiling and will not withstand ground shipping. These items must be shipped via truck. Contact us by email for a shipping quote as some companies just charge the maximum rate.
We would rather give you your actual shipping cost.

Policies
Order Shipment and Delivery
Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from central
warehouses. The general time frame for shipping of most items is 2-5 days from receipt of the order. Although we do
our best to ensure your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee delivery times (shipping and freight companies
cannot guarantee their delivery times either). Therefore Carletta's Corner can not be held responsible for late
deliveries.
Once your products have shipped you will receive an email notification with
tracking info. Please bear in mind that if you've ordered muliple items, they may not be shipping together so you may
receive more than one tracking number.
Site Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure our pricing and stock status information is up-to-date
and accurate. Carletta's Corner cannot be held liable for any typographical errors in stock status information, specifications
or prices listed in error. In cases of any discrepancy which is very rare, we work with every customer to obtain
a satisfactory conclusion.
Payment Methods
If Carletta's Corner delivers, we can accept CODs. Otherwise,
we accept checks, money orders and credit cards through Paypal.
If you pay by check, your order will ship 5-7 business days after
we receive your check.
Sales Tax
Sales tax must be collected for all orders shipped to New Jersey.
Return Policy
Carletta's Corner has a money back guarantee on products returned within
10 days. This is when the merchandise is returned in saleable condition. Beyond 10 days a 30% restocking fee will
be applied. Please contact us (email is best) to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If
the package is refused or returned without out issuing an RMA # or without the RMA # on it, the restocking fee will be
applied. Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must
be sent freight prepaid and insured. If the item is damaged, contact us to see if we can send a replacement part but
if that's not possible, an exchange will be made or credit issued. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Delivery and Damaged Shipments:
- Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt.
- Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other
circumstances about the delivery.
- If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material.
