I'M GLAD YOU STOPPED FOR A VISIT

Ed Kelemen, a novelist, columnist, writer, and speaker lives in the semi-rural town of New Florence, PA with his long-suffering wife and the youngest of their five sons. They, along with a big ole dog named Zeus and a clutch of attitude-ridden cats, share a century-plus old home with a couple of benign spirits.

Ed's weekly columns, The End of the Line, and Civil War Chronicle,  currently appear locally in the Blairsville Dispatch. Some of the more recent columns are featured on the page, "Columns," within this website.

Ed is Vice-president of the Ligonier Valley Writers. He is also a member of the Greensburg Writer's Goup and has served in an advisory capacity at a number of roundtable discussions at Barnes & Nobel, and other places to assist unpublished authors.

His articles and short stories have most recently appeared in numerous national and regional publications including: The Great Mystery and Suspense Magazine, Air News, The Catholic Digest, Focus Magazine, The Loyalhanna Review and the Diamond.
 
Ed is one of the original members of The Banquet Bandits traveling acting troupe, and has appeared in over 2 dozen plays. Some of the productions he has appeared in are: "Senator Social Scandle", 'Dinner of the Dead Celebrities", "The Yellow Hat Homicide", Someone Snuffed Santa", "Frasier's Farewell" (Which he also wrote), "Trailer Trash Tragedy", " Dickens of a Murder", and others. 
 
On stage, Ed has appeared in "Ocean's 7 & 7", "One Drink is Never Enough", "Happily Whatever After", and plays Dr, Castle in the "Dr. Castle and His Cinematics" series.

Besides his weekly columns, Ed has a number of projects under way including numerous articles, a novel and a number of short stories.
