My Steampunk campaign uses Wizards of the Coast's™ 3rd edition of their d20: Modern™ Roleplaying Game, d20: Urban Arcana™ Campaign Setting, and d20: Past™ Supplement.  However, I also employ elements from Mongoose Publishing's™ OGL: Steampunk Roleplaying Game and certain House Rules (see below).
