Directors

Mrs. Rogers is the director of the high school bands (jazz, concert, marching, and pep) and team teaches elementary band with Dan Kim from Inglewood Junior High. She attended Willamette University the "first time around" and was a music therapist for the Seattle Parks Department Special Services. After a musical hiatus, she attended Seattle Pacific University, graduating with her teaching certificate in Music Education. She taught at Enumclaw and Bellevue High Schools were she was instrumental music director teaching bands, orchestra, and steel drum. She judges flautists for district and state solo and ensemble contests and has received numerious awards from the community for her work. Mrs. Rogers lives in Bellevue with her husband who is also the "roady" on many band trips and pep gigs.
