Notes:
-There was diginoise in the right channel on d1t04 ("Crash Burn") from 01:30.66
 to 01:30.71. The left channel was copied and pasted over this section. It gives
 it a mono effect however it sounds much better than how it sounded before.
-Sound Forge's "Clipped Peak Restoration" feature was used to reduce the clipped
 peak's volume by -3dB (limiter on), which occured when the mics were bumped.
-Waves L3 UltraMaximizer's "Hi-Res CD Master" setting was used for
 normalization.
-Resampled in Sound Forge to 44.1kHz, level 4 of 4 interpolation accuracy,
 anti-alias filter on.
-Fades were added at the beginning and end of each set.
