NEWS UPDATE 5/10/08

Aethellis performances:

The band returned to The Judge's Bench, Friday, May 9th at 9 p.m. featuring the Marks Brothers.
Photos are posted from the performance as well as the Sunday, March 30th performance there.

Other 2008 performances are beginning to be posted now. And yes the band does play classic tunes in addition to progressive rock! Go to the Live page for more details.

The Aethellis album has been remastered again and the CD will soon be available through Syn-Phonic Music and other excellent prog-rock stores.

Recording for the new album is underway and will feature a new member on vocals.

Guitarist Chris Marks has joined the 2nd Sole Band that performs primarily in northern VA.

Keyboardist Ellsworth Hall's Polysix Tips and Tricks is back for classic analog synth fans.

The video version of the song "Hubris" differs somewhat from the album version, features Frances Swarthington, footage shot by Cheryl Hall and quirky band members attempting to synch to the music. The song remained in the Broadjam.com  Progressive Rock Top 10 chart for 6 months, debuting at #1 on March 23, 2003. It also appeared in the Rock (#7), Maryland (#1) and Mid-Atlantic (#5) Top 10 charts.
