Description: I designed and built this one-off semi-solid electric with extensive help by two professional luthiers, instead of purchasing a Ric 12 which I desperately wanted, but couldn't play due to the small neck and closely set strings.  The instrument has genuine ivory and mother-of-pearl inlays, stereo wiring, phase and single/dual coil tapped pickups, and is loaded with other custom features.  The original Takamine case was purchased from Venemen's Music.  This guitar saw years of stage and studio time with my original group, the Free Flight Band, where it was especially useful for Byrds and Beatles numbers.
