CONCERT VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
1. Refer to the current PHS Music Booster Parent Volunteer list of names and phone numbers.
2. Keep a record of who actually brings snacks and/or performs as an usher - so as not to duplicate next concert
3. Per concert:
1. 1-2 parents (NO STUDENTS) to assist in serving refreshments and cleaning up (come to concession stand immediately following the concert).
2. 5 ushers (see below).
3. 20 dozen cookies or bars or quickbreads (2 dozen minimum per family).
1. Ask that they label their container, pick it up after concert or bring their treat on a disposable serving tray.
2. Cookies etc need to be brought to the concession stand before the concert, between 630-7 pm for 7 pm concert.
4. USHERS: please review the following with volunteers, even folks who have

2. Check in at the concession stand across from gym before concert!
