Insert your Windows 98 CD and go to the [cdrom]:\tools\mtsutil directory.
There is a file in there called pinball.inf.
Copy that file to a folder on your hard drive (example: My Documents).
Eject the Windows 98 CD, Insert the Plus! 95 CD or disk one of the Plus disks..
If your CD-ROM is drive D: find the pinball.inf on your hard drive.
Right-click, install on it.
If your CD-ROM Drive is not drive D:, open the pinball.inf and
edit the line about drive D: and put in you CD-ROM drive letter.
Then close and save.
Now, right-click on pinball.inf and press install! It should work!
