St. Mary's Catholic Center

St. Mary's Catholic Center was built in 1960
as St. Mary's
Parochial School to replace the older St. Joseph's School, which was
dedicated
in 1900. After the parish church burned down in 1961, Masses were held
in the gymnasium of the school building until 1965, when the new church
was completed. In 1968, the school closed, and the building was
converted
into the parish activity center.
The building houses the activities of the Religious Education
Program
and the parish organizations. The Religious Education Office and parish
library are located in the Center. The parish's annual fundraiser, the
Harvest Festival, is also held at the Center.
The Center is also available for rent for a variety of
activities. The Center offers
space for large and small groups in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
