Harpers
Ferry Train Station,
originally designed for the B&O Railroad by renowned architect
E. Francis Baldwin in 1892, historically preserved in 2002. The
building was lifted with a unified hydraulic jacking system to
replace the foundation, then structurally restored to preserve
its historic integrity.
It will be used as an exhibit center and will continue as a functioning
train station.
