The night before you wish to cook the soup, rinse beans very well and let soak in ¼ gallon chicken broth.
Bring 1 gallon broth to a boil.
Add rice (both) and return to boil
Reduce to low heat.
Cook cubed chicken about half way and add to rice.
Add beans and remaining broth.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours.
